Event Details

The Asia Triennial Manchester exhibition in MadLab arts space - 38 ° of Separation - broaches the subject of everyday life in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. In this informal educative tour of the exhibition, the illustrations of Guy Delisle and Kang Chun Hyok and the digital installlation by HyoJung Seo will be contextualised visually, historically and curatorially with an opportunity for discussion. Come down to see the show before the talk, or take a look a the video of the preview, with an interview with Hyo Jung Seo. Lead by the co-curator and MMU lecturer, Dr Beccy Kennedy.
